1.Question: What should be done if the equipment makes abnormal noises during operation?

- Answer: First, stop the equipment operation immediately to avoid further damage. Check the running parts of the equipment, such as the motor and transmission belt, to see if there are any looseness, wear, or foreign objects entangled. If the cause cannot be determined, contact professional maintenance personnel in a timely manner.

2.Question: What should be noted when handling the Martindale tester?

- Answer: Before handling, the power supply should be cut off first, and vulnerable or detachable parts should be removed and properly packaged. During handling, it should be lifted and placed gently to avoid severe vibrations and collisions. The equipment should be fixed well to prevent displacement or tipping during transportation.

3.Question: How long can the test data be stored in the tester?

- Answer: It depends on the data storage capacity and settings of the equipment. Generally, if the data is regularly exported, the equipment can store new data for a long time. If the storage space is full, new data may overwrite old data, so important data should be backed up in a timely manner.
