1.Question: How long does a new operator need for training?

- Answer: It depends on the operator's foundation and learning ability. Generally, it may take 1 - 2 days to familiarize with the basic structure and operating principles of the equipment. However, it may take 1 - 2 weeks of practical operation and study to master the complete test process and handle common problems proficiently.

2.Question: What should be noted when handling the Martindale tester?

- Answer: Before handling, the power supply should be cut off first, and vulnerable or detachable parts should be removed and properly packaged. During handling, it should be lifted and placed gently to avoid severe vibrations and collisions. The equipment should be fixed well to prevent displacement or tipping during transportation.

3.Question: Does the Martindale tester cause environmental pollution during use?

- Answer: Under normal use, the equipment itself does not generate harmful pollutants. However, discarded samples and abradants after the test need to be properly disposed of to avoid random disposal. If the noise during the equipment operation is not properly controlled, it may cause noise pollution.
