EN817 Professional Faucet Switch Life Tester

This faucet life tester simulates daily lifespan testing of customer-provided faucets. It can test two

faucets simultaneously. Each group of faucets undergoes separate counting. The solenoid valve

automatically detects and automatically adds water, circulates the water, and provides adjustable

test speed.

Technical Parameters:

1. Control System: Computer-controlled, six-digit count range from 0 to 999999, with selectable

stop.

2. Speed Range: Configurable from 0 to 15 times/min.

3. Stroke: Adjustable from 0 to 10 revolutions.

4. Return Water System: Automatically adds and discharges water for circulation.

5. Control Method: Precision stepper motor control.

6. Operating Voltage and Current: 380V/50Hz.

7. Operating Pressure: Adjustable from 0 to 4bar.

8. Faucet Life Tester Surface Material: Stainless steel.

9. Surface Treatment: Electrostatic powder coating, chrome plating, and oxidation treatment.

2. Single handle double handle (single hole): 10000 times life test

3. Swing pipe outlet: 80000 times life test

4. Quick open 90 degrees spool valve: 200000 times life test

5.The device can be used to test the mechanical endurance of cartridges and diverters in single-lever taps in accordance with EN 817:2008, clauses 12.1 and 12.2.
