Scope:

Main Specifications:

1, the combustion chamber: 4m³ volume of stainless steel wall, equipped with tempered glass windows, exhaust fan, foot switch.

2, burner: standard test flame has a nominal height of 125mm, the following 500w (1700Btu / h) standard speed heat release.

3, temperature control system: A: K-type thermocouple, with a diameter of 0.5mm stainless steel to do the jacket.

4. The diameter of the mouth: 0.90 ± 0.03mm, nozzle length: 1.60 ± 0.05mm. B: Thermometer and K-type thermocouple match, the reading of up to 800 ℃ or more.

5, high-precision flame control system: the flame burning time through the optical control system to measure the flame burning time, timing device 0 ~ 999.9s

6, flow meters, pressure gauges, pressure relief valve:

A, fluid pressure gauge / pressure gauge Measuring 800mm water, and 5mm increments

B, flowmeter rotor test table in accordance with the D3195 standard calibration. And a gas table, or with a precision of at least 2% of the flow table. Flow range: 1000ml / M.

C, gas relief valve: 1, the gas flow can be adjusted to 10 pounds per cubic inch.
