Introduction:

This Oxygen Index Tester is used to determine the lowest oxygen density that tested materials keep steady burning under oxygen and nitrogen mixed gas. (expressed as a percentage).The oxygen index is an important reference value to measure the flame retardant properties of materials. 1. Equipped with paramagnetic oxygen concentration sensor, the display oxygen concentration accuracy is 0.1%, compared with the traditional electrochemical oxygen sensor, there is no service life limit (electrochemical oxygen sensor requires frequent replacement of oxygen battery), higher precision, faster response time

2. Equipped with 2 mass flow controllers (MFC) to control the mixture ratio of nitrogen and oxygen, accurate and convenient control

3. Automatic closed epoxy concentration control, precise control of oxygen concentration in the combustion chamber

4. Mixed gas temperature can be controlled to 400 ℃

5. The ring heater can efficiently preheat the mixed gas

6. The temperature column may be used to observe specimen and may also emit high temperature radiation

7. The temperature controller can adjust the temperature of the preheater and the temperature column
