ASTM E108: Standard Test Methods for Fire Tests of Roof Coverings
Parameters:
1. The specimen holder is made of metal square tube welding and
angle steel;
2. The angle of specimen holder can be adjusted, adopts pneumatic
adjustment method, and the user only needs to press key-type
operation, which is convenient;
3. The angle range of test stand is 0-50 degrees, which meets with
ISO 12468 Method A and ENV 1187 t1, that is maximum tilt height of
the sample of 45 degrees;
4. The duct material is SUS304 stainless steel with thickness of 2
mm. The upper duct is equipped with a fine honeycomb grille and the
outlet is a coarse honeycomb grille.
5. Fan: maximum speed of 250 cubic meters / min, fan motor power
5.5KW;
6. Fan frequency conversion adjustment device: 3-phase 380V power
5.5KW;
7. The duct adopts ball screw, servo motor drive, automatically
adjust angle;
8. The adjustable range of duct is 0-35 degrees, which satisfies
Method B and Method C of ISO 12468;
9. It is equipped with impeller type anemometer 3 sets, precision
0.1m/s;
10. The radiation panel size is 600mmx600mm;
11. The ignition adopts spark ignition method; meanwhile, the
thermocouple monitors surface temperature of radiation panel. When
the radiation board is extinguished, the gas can be automatically
cut off to avoid gas leakage in the non-combustion state.
12. It provides small stainless steel tube burner, can be used for
wood burning test;
13. It provides wooden fire gas combustion device 1 set;
14. It provides two sets video surveillance devices.
